Hello! I’m Alysha and it is truly my pleasure to be in the Summerhill team starting from this year as an assistant teacher. Learning with kids is an absolute passion of mine and I am very excited to be here with you all. I was raised in Okinawa and moved to Tokyo in 2017. I have been involved in preschools, kindergarten, and elementary schools for almost 7 years and these experiences inspired me and helped me better understand the different developmental stages that each children go through.

I am very grateful to have the chance to be able to teach and spend time with children growing up in a diverse environment, as I, too, grew up going to international schools since kindergarten to college. I look forward supporting Summerhill friends academically, socially, and emotionally in different ways, hoping to be a part of their bright future ahead!
